Hypermax 7.3L Tapercore Intercooler
Hypermax Tapercore Intercooler for Ford 7.3L Power Stroke diesel. The intercooler utilizes a taper sided core to maximize flow: 30% greater flow capacity than the Ford factory cooler.
The factory intercooler system is adequate to only 300 horsepower. After this power level, the cooler and piping cannot handle the additional cooling demands of high performance engines. The proprietary design of the Hypermax intercooler is significantly more efficient, and will facilitate power levels far in excess of 300 horsepower.
The core dimensions are 30" wide at the top, 22" wide at the bottom and 22" high
Applications: 1999-2003 Ford F-Series pickups and Excursions with 7.3L Power Stroke diesel.
